
Also, during game play, items on my screen just disappear and force me to restart the computer due to not having a quit game button. And now if I try to make a purchase, the screen just freezes, forcing me to restart my computer.

finally received a reply stating they were closing the conversation because they had not heard from me in two days. Then, after last email, recieved no reply. Everytime i sent an email, i received same generic email stating to complete generic troubleshooting tasks and “let them know if problem continues”. Completed tasks and problem still active. Explained the situation, and got an email with basic trouble shooting tasks.

So I did, and I verified my payment information, they said there were no issues with my payment. After a while, I tried to make an in app purchase, only to be told, out of no where, that the purchase could not be made and to contact Microsoft Support.
